Basketball Ireland international caps ceremony gallery and interviews
In September, Basketball Ireland welcomed the players, families and friends of those who represented Ireland at underage level for the past season, to present them with their official international cap in recognition of their efforts.
Representatives from the Ireland U16, U18 and U20 teams that competed at the FIBA European Championships in July and August were present, as well as members of the Ireland U17 team who played in various friendly series throughout the year.
Basketball Ireland President PJ Reidy was on hand to present the caps to each player, CEO John Feehan welcomed the recipients, families and friends and Irish Para-Athelete Jordan Lee, who had started out playing basketball at U15 level before taking up para-athletics.
