AYNTK: Opening weekend of AIG All-Ireland Club Championships 2026

The opening weekend of the AIG All-Ireland Club Championships will take place this weekend, as the U14 girls competition reaches Gormanston, Co. Meath.

The AIG AICC's are the premier basketball competition in Ireland for U14 and U16 boys and girls. First up will be the AIG U14 Girls All-Ireland Club Championship, followed by the U16 girls (Saturday, April 18th and Sunday, April 19th), U16 boys (Saturday, April 25th and Sunday, April 26th) and U14 boys (Saturday, May 2nd and Sunday, May 3rd) respectively, during a busy month for grassroots basketball. 

AIG is Basketball Ireland's 'Club and Community' partner, which includes title sponsorship of the All-Ireland Club Championship. 

HOW TO WATCH

The AIG All-Ireland Club Championship (AICC's) is an all ticket event that takes place in Gormanston, Co. Meath. 

• AIG U14 Girls All-Ireland Club Championship (Saturday, March 28th & Sunday, March 29th)
• AIG U14 Boys All-Ireland Club Championship (Saturday, May 2nd and Sunday, May 3rd)
• AIG U16 Girls All-Ireland Club Championship (Saturday, April 18th and Sunday, April 19th)
• AIG U16 Boys All-Ireland Club Championship (Saturday, April 25th and Sunday, April 26th)
