Expression of interest requested for inaugural All-Ireland U16 Regional Tournament

Basketball Ireland are welcoming expressions of interest from clubs wishing to take part in a series of U16 regional tournaments for boys and girls for the 2025/26 season.

The format of the competition will be:

• Three separate, one day tournaments culminating in a final tournament taking place in Cork.
• These tournaments will take place around the country on the following dates: 12^th October, 16^th November, 20^thDecember with final tournament in Cork on 15^th February.

Teams should be available on all listed dates in order to take part.

Clubs interested in taking part in the first ever All-Ireland U16 Regional Competition should send an expression of interest email by close of business on September 19th to Daryl Lambe dlambe@ireland.basketball.

Please note that as this is a pilot programme and as such, places will be limited.
