February Player and Coach of Month awards announced

Andre Nation has been instrumental for Tradehouse Central Ballincollig all season, making this second award well-earned for him. Runners up in the category were Conor Quinn of Belfast Star and Kason Harrell of Killester. Head coach Adrian Fulton from Belfast Star picked up the award after an impressive month where they recorded just one loss.

In the MissQuote.ie Super League, it's The Address UCC Glanmire's Carrie Shephard who stood out among her peers, earning the Player of the Month award for February. Shephard pipped Singleton SuperValu Brunell's Kwanza Murray & Edel Thornton to the award, as they came second and third respectively. It's not all bad news for Brunell however, as head coach Tim O'Halloran picked up the accolade of Coach of the Month for February.

Sofia Paska stood out for Limerick Celtics in February, resulting in her being awarded the February Player of the Month award in the MissQuote.ie Division 1. Alexandra Posset of Ulster University came second in the running for the award, while Georgie McGrath of Phoenix Rockets came third. It's a double win for Limerick Celtics, as head coach James Fleming claimed the coach award for the month.

In the InsureMyVan.ie Division 1, Player of the Month was awarded to Jonathan Garcia of Fr. Mathews for his performance in February. Runners up in the category were Tobias Christensen from UCC Demons and Trevor Recio of Grand Hotel Malahide. Head coach Sean Ingle was awarded Coach of the Month for his efforts in leading Grand Hotel Malahide this February.
