Basketball Ireland announce registration pricing for 2023/24 season

Basketball Ireland has announced the registration pricing for the 2023/24 season. Club registration will open on July 10^th.

Players must register individually through the GameDay platform and this will open on August 1^st for the 2023/24 season. You can find out how to register via our registration page here.

Registration fees remain unchanged in the many categories, however there have been some minor increases, the first since the 2016/17 season and reflect increases in Basketball Ireland’s operational costs over the last seven years.

In order to be covered by Basketball Ireland's 'Serious Injury Insurance Policy' the individual/parent/guardian email address must be included on their registration profile.

In the event where a club chooses to register on behalf of an individual, a parent/guardian email can be inserted into the field labelled "Email 2" on the registration profile.

Our insurance partners have informed us that Individuals will not qualify for the Basketball Ireland's 'Serious Injury Insurance Policy' if a personal/parent/guardian email address is not included on their registration profile.

Unregistered players are also reminded that they will not be covered by Basketball Ireland’s 'Serious Injury Insurance Policy'.

Those who have registered for the 2022/23 season, will have injury insurance cover until the end of the 2022/23 season, up to July 31st 2023 for organised basketball activities.
