Griffith College sponsors Killeen and Hanley

Basketball Ireland is pleased to announce Griffith College as player sponsors for senior internationals Jason Killeen and Will Hanley.

Killeen, who plays his club basketball with Griffith College Templeogue, will captain Ireland at the upcoming FIBA European Championship for Small Countries, with Hanley making his international debut. Hanley, originally from Connecticut, most recently played his club basketball with Hebraica Macabi in Montevideo, Uruguay, following stints in Spain, Portugal, France and Japan.

“It’s great to have an institution like Griffith College backing us. Having them behind me and Will makes a massive difference and really helps us in our preparations for next week. I really just want to thank them for their support.”
