Ballincollig managed to win their fourth game in a row after starting the season 0-2 with a thrilling 97-96 triumph over Griffith College Éanna.
Latrell Jossell, Josh Stell and Adrian O’Sullivan all scored at least 20 points against Éanna on Saturday evening. The lead changed hands in the game just once with Ballincollig taking the lead in the first quarter and didn’t look back from there. Late free throws from James Gormley made it a one point game but Ballincollig had enough resolve to hold out and take home their fourth victory of the season. The two teams meet again next weekend in the Pat Duffy National Cup.
