Basketball Ireland opens nominations for 2024/25 Hall of Fame

Basketball Ireland is now inviting all registered members, clubs, schools and committees to nominate potential inductees to the Basketball Ireland Hall of Fame 2024/25.

Nominees can be players, coaches, administrators or volunteers.  Nominees can be Irish people that have impacted the game in Ireland and abroad, or international members who have directly impacted the game in Ireland.  The only stipulation is that they must be retired from their role for a minimum of three years.

An independent Nominations Panel has been formed to consider all nominations.

Nominations should include:

• The name of the nominee
• The name of the proposer(s)
• A summary of the nominee's achievements in Irish basketball or their service to Irish basketball in no more than 250 words.

All nominations should be forward by email only to BIHallofFame@ireland.basketball by 5pm on Friday, October 4^th 2024.

No late nominations will be considered.
