ICOT College Dublin to sponsor Ireland U16 Men at FIBA European Championship

ICOT College Dublin have been announced as sponsors of Ireland’s U16 men’s team for the upcoming FIBA U16 Men’s European Championship.

The Four Nations champions continue their preparations for the tournament in Romania when they compete in the prestigious Dussman Trophy in Luxembourg from July 7th, before taking on Bulgaria in a two-game series ten days later.

‘Partnering with an academic institute dovetails well with our programme,’ said head coach Dr. Michael Lynch. ‘We encourage commitment of our players to their education, as well as their continued commitment to their performance as elite athletes. The management team and players really value the sponsorship and the opportunities it creates to allow us to focus on our basketball,’ added Lynch.
