Dublin Lions head coach and Basketball Ireland Development Officer Erin Bracken talks with Paula Mullins Cleary, the first ever Irish FIBA Lady Commissioner; Deborah McArdle, FIBA Table Official and Irish representative for Special Olympics; Emma Perry, FIBA Referee and Deirdre Brennan, Ulster University coach.

The five discussed the importance of coaching and officiating, as part of Women in Sport Week 2022. They also spoke about how to get more women involved, the challenges they've faced in their careers and much more.
