Teams from five countries gear up for 9th Dublin Masters International Tournament

The 9^th Dublin Masters International Tournament takes place this weekend with group games on Friday night and all day Saturday in The National Basketball Arena, Oblate Hall Inchicore and Colaiste Bride Clondalkin.

There are five categories of competition – Over 40 Men, Over 40 Women, Over 50 Men, Over 50 Women and Over 60 Men.

Croí will also be on site as part of their recent agreement with Basketball Ireland to establish blood pressure monitoring stations at premiere Masters basketball events in 2023. This service will be free of charge for players, family and friends for the duration of the competition. 

The five finals will all take place in The Oblate Hall, Inchicore with the opening game tipping-off at 12 o’clock on Sunday afternoon. The remaining four deciders will start at  1:05pm, 2:25pm, 3:30pm and 4:35pm and will all be streamed live on basetkballireland.tv.

Live scores will also be available for these games on the Swish All Hoops app, which can be downloaded here. 

Entry is free to all games over the weekend. So come along and support some top players from the past.

Teams competing are traveling from all parts of Ireland with a number of international teams from USA, England, Scotland & Spain.
