National League Player and Coach Of The Month awards announced for November

November's MissQuote.ie and InsureMyVan.ie Super League and Division One 'Player of the Month' and 'Coach of The Month' awards have been decided. 

Ireland international Sorcha Tiernan picks up the MissQuote.ie Super League player of the month, having finished third in October's awards. Tiernan has been in fine form with a 15.4 ppg average in the MissQuote.ie Super League, playing a big part in FloMax Liffey Celtic's 6-1 start to the season.

Gurranabraher Credit Union Brunell's Jayla Johnson, who racked up 26 points in last weekend's win over Liffey Celtics, was second in the voting, while another Cork-based player - Catalyst Fr. Mathews' Ariel Johnson - was in third place.  Liam Culloty picked up the Coach of Month honours, having led Gurranabraher Credit Union Brunell to the top of the MissQuote.ie Super League, having had a 7-1 start.

De'Ondre Jackson, who was runner up in Ocotber's Player of the Month in the InsureMyVan.ie Super League, has finished top of the standings for November. A fine month by Jackson was capped when he scored an impressive 39 points for Belfast Star in last weekend's win over Energywise Ireland Neptune, to bring his league average to 24.1ppg. Adrian O'Sullivan was second in the players standings, with Garvey's Tralee Warriors' Jarvis Doles completing the top-three.

Adrian Fulton gets the nod for the coaches award, as Belfast Star sit pretty on 8-0 at the the top of the North Conference and into the quarter-finals of the InsureMyHouse.ie Pat Duffy National Cup.

In MissQuote.ie Division One it's back-to-back Player of the Month Awards for Abbey Seals Dublin Lions player Sydney Kin, among her highlights was 33 points and 19 rebounds in their win over Marble City Hawks. In second spot was Alarie Mayze, of Oblate Dynamos, with Lynn Tunnah - a runner up in October - third in the voting for November.

Maeve Coleman, who led McEvoy's Cavan Eagles to two league wins from two in November, is the MissQuote.ie Division One Coach of the Month.

Ravel Moody is November's InsureMyVan.ie Division One Player of the Month, after picking up a runner's up spot in October. He's helped Portlaoise Panthers to top of the North Conference and has a 26.1 ppg from his seven league games so far.

Scotts Lakers Killarney's Braden Bell, who had 26 points and 18 rebounds last time out to bring his season average to 29.2ppg was runner up. JaJa Davis, from Moy Tolka Rovers, was third. SETU Carlow's Martin Conroy gets the Coach of the Month award, his side head the South Conference standings, following a 6-1 start to the season.
