Accreditation open for InsureMyHouse.ie National Cup Finals

Media accreditation for the InsureMyHouse.ie National Cup finals at the National Basketball Arena is now open. The 11 finals will take place from January 19th-21st.

Media wishing to cover any of the games should apply via Basketball Ireland’s Media Accreditation Portal, which is available here - https://ireland.basketball/-media-accreditation-portal. Please select each game you wish to attend. The deadline to apply is 6pm on Tuesday 16th January. No late applications will be accepted.

Post-game mixed zones will be in operation and media must strictly adhere to the zones allocated on their passes. Full fixture details can be found below.

A media day, featuring players and coaches from Paudie O'Connor Cup finalists Catalyst Fr. Mathews and Gurranabraher Credit Union Brunell and Pat Duffy Cup finalists Irish Guide Dogs Ballincollig @MTU and UCC Demons, will take place from 1230 in Cork on Tuesday 16th January, with full details to follow.

The InsureMyHouse.ie Pat Duffy National Cup final will be broadcast live on TG4 on Saturday 20th January from 1945, with the InsureMyHouse.ie Paudie O’Connor National Cup final live from 1725 on TG4 on Sunday 21st January. All 11 InsureMyHouse.ie National Cup fixtures will be available to watch live on basketballireland.tv.

Accreditation for next week’s All-Ireland Schools Cup finals, taking place at the Natioal Basketball Arena from Monday 15th-17th January, is also still open. Media wishing to attend should apply via the media accreditation portal.

Accreditation is open for the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027 Pre-Qualifier against Switzerland at the National Basketball Arena on February 25th, via the Media Accreditation Portal.
