Energywise Ireland Neptune defeated Ballincollig 83-69 to move to ninth place in the table, level on wins with EJ Sligo All-Stars and move away from the bottom of the table. Michael Hayes and Eoin Nelson combined for 46 points against a Ballincollig side who were missing American forward Latavious Mitchell.
The loss means Ballincollig could potentially drop to third in the Domino’s Men’s Super League after Killester’s victory today. Should Belfast Star win against Limerick Celtics on Sunday afternoon, they will be alone at the summit of the table.

St. Vincent’s picked up a vital win in the playoff race with a 73-68 triumph over Griffith College Éanna. Vincent’s had four players scoring in double digits, with James Phelan, William Thomas, Marcellus Garrick and Adam Lisewski. The game had 15 lead changes with a 26-point final quarter, ensuring that St. Vincent's took home the win by a margin of five points.
The win for Vincent’s puts them in a stronger position for the last home playoff tie spot as they sit at 8-6 with both Griffith College Éanna and UCD Marian, who are also on the same record in the race for fourth.
Killester went joint-top of the Domino’s Men’s Super League after they defeated Flexachem KCYMS in overtime 75-68. Americans Josh Wilson and Robert Braswell combined for 50 points. Killorglin managed to build as much as a 13-point advantage but a strong third and fourth quarter from Killester sent the game to overtime at 67-67.
An 8-1 overtime period gave Killester their 10th win of the season to go level with Ballincollig and Belfast Star, who play Sunday afternoon. The defeat for Flexachem KCYMS means they are just one spot above the foot of the table, with 4 wins, as are Neptune and Sligo.
EJ Sligo All-Stars suffered a 20-point loss to playoff chasers UCD Marian, in a 115-95 win for the South Dublin side. Zachary Hinton had a 33-point game for Marian, along with strong 28-point and 18-point games from Bruce Saintilus and Ronan Byrne, respectively. RJ Etyle-Rock and Jordan Hinds managed to score 51 points between them for Sligo.
The loss for Sligo means they slip closer to the relegation area of the table as they sit in 10th with UCC Demons playing tomorrow, hoping to catch the rest of the pack. For Marian, the table currently has them in fourth spot, level with Éanna and Vincent’s, with the three sides all hoping for that final home playoff spot.
There are two Sunday afternoon fixtures in the Domino’s Men’s Super League, with Belfast Star travelling to Limerick Celtics, hoping to maintain their position at the summit of the table, and UCC Demons will look to move away from the foot of the table when they host Garvey's Tralee Warriors.
Both games will be shown live and exclusively on BITV.
