Can we get more than 1,000 tickets to sell?
Yes, there is no limit on the number of tickets you can sell. We can allocate more tickets to your club once you sell the initial 1,000 provided. Please email clubdraw@ireland.basketball if you would like more tickets.
Is there an option to get physical tickets for this year’s draw?
No, there are no physical tickets for the draw and all tickets will be emailed to ticket buyers.
We allocate our tickets to club members as part of their membership subscription. How can they get their tickets for the draw?
Option 1: The club volunteer can input each ‘ticket buyer’ name and email address into the system as per the cash payments instructions. A ticket will automatically be sent to the ticket buyer, and they will be contacted directly should they win a prize.
Option 2: Following feedback from previous years’ draws, we can offer clubs an option to submit an excel sheet with all their ticket buyer details, to be uploaded on the system by GalaBid. We can only accept one excel file per club. Please collate all ticket buyers onto one sheet and send it to clubdraw@ireland.basketball . All club excels must be submitted before 9pm Monday 12th February in order to be uploaded by GalaBid. Clubs that miss this deadline will log the tickets themselves as per Option 1 above.
Please ensure that if a ticket is included in a members subscription that they are notified of this.
