A double header weekend awaits the MissQuote Division 1 teams this Bank-Holiday weekend. Limerick Celtics are searching for their first win of the competition in round 3, but will be pushed hard by in-form NUIG Mystics when they welcome them to St. Munchin's on Saturday (17.00).
Limerick Sport Huskies take on Marble City Hawks at home in UL Arena (17.00). Marble City Hawks have suffered two low-scoring losses so far in the competition, but will have a tough time rallying against Limerick Sport Huskies at home, even though Huskies are coming off the back of a defeat to NUIG Mystics.
Phoenix Rockets play Swords Thunder at the Lisburn Racquets Club (18.30), which will actually be Phoneix Rockets first game of the competition, following the rescheduling of both of their opening fixtures. Swords Thunder are 1-1 coming into the game, so both teams will be looking to get a win.
At St. Mary's Hall it's Portlaoise Panthers hosting Tipperary Knights (19.00), with both teams coming in confident due to strong victories by each of them in the previous round.
Griffith College Templeogue and LYIT Donegal will fight it out in Nord Anglia International School on Saturday (1(.30), and with both teams coming into the game with just a single loss (other fixtures postponed), they'll each want to bounce back in the competition.
Ulster University bring Limerick Celtics up to UUJ on Monday 24th October (18.15) for their next fixture, while Phoenix Rockets' postponed round 2 fixture against LYIT Dinegal will be played Wednesday 27th October (20.00) at Lisburn Racquets Club.
