Basketball Ireland would like to invite expressions of interest from players eligible to be part of Ireland men's teams competing at the FIBA 3x3 U23 Nations League and FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup qualification in 2025.
FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup qualifiers will take place in Pristina, Kosovo on June 7th and 8th. Players interested in being part of this squad should be available for training in May and if selected, to travel from the 6th of June to the 9th of June 2025.

NOTE: A call out for an expression of interest to be part of the Ireland women's 3x3 programme for FIBA 3x3 competitions - FIBA Women's World Series, FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup qualifiers and FIBA 3x3 U23 Nations League - went out in January. If you have not completed a form, or if you're seeking more information, click on the link here.
This will be Ireland's third year competing in the FIBA 3x3 U23 Nations League, where the format remains unchanged, with two 'triple stop' tournaments.
This means teams will travel to a designated venue to play three tournaments at the same venue on three successive days. This will take place twice during the season - in Riga, Latvia (27th - 29th June) and Kandava, Latvia (14th-16th July). Should Ireland qualify, the FIBA 3x3 U23 Nations League finals will be held in September 2025, with exact dates still to be confirmed.
Men and women interested in being considered for selection must be under the age of 23 as of midnight, December 31st 2024.
